Internally travel affects our emotions, motivations, imaginations, desires, goals and behaviors.

Who Is JAMIL ADAMS & How Can He Help Me?
Hi, i'm JAMIL ADAMS!
Born and Raised in South New Jersey. Traveling Changed my life. It all started as a kid traveling all over for sports events. I learn from people and competing against so many different walks of life would serve as an educational outlet. 

For the majority of my life sports travel would be my facilitator for my experiences of transformation through travel as a kid. I just didn’t know it until my time as an athlete ceased and I spent time reflecting on my experiences. The blur from the focus that was required to do great in competition to qualify for the next travel trip blinded me to the transformative process that I underwent during each trip. As I grew in sport I was also growing inside. 

I was never a high scorer on standardized tests, I only put in my best efforts to stay on the team. Once I finished sports my obsession for growth needed a new outlet to fulfill it. I found many new ventures that made me whole and documented the story of my journey in my book "I Became Best Friends With A Monkey In 7 Days"

I have studied and worked beside many high level individuals like Michael Jordan's 15 year trainer Tim Grover, Peter Voogd, Kevin Carroll, Shawn Kemp, Ryan Pineda, Olympic hurdler Jack Pierce
 and I want to share all that I've learned!


I've studied History at Syracuse University and have a Masters of Education in Sports Leadership from The University of Washington. After experiencing the confinement that traditional education places us in I wanted to provide services that would break people out of the box, doing so by helping them identify and learn from their experiences in a creative way.  

The reshuffle experience starts at the reflection that you've been holding your cards this entire time
  • Your emotions don’t know where you want to go. They only know how you feel about the destination that you two are heading to and will only take you on the route that they feel is correct. 
  • ​Your emotions don’t hold the capability to drive without stopping and will always look for the company of more passengers. 
  • Your routines are attached to locations that provoke their actions. 
To put your cards back in your hands you need to know that it is hard but so is playing a game by someone else's rules.

My travel through Costa Rica changed my life. Through my stories of creation I enter the reader into a brain workout. With each rep the reader learns how to shine light to darkness. With each leap of faith that I take the reader learns how close the other side is for themselves.   • As a former Division 1 hurdler and sprinter at Syracuse University I know all about speed
  • Through first hand experience I witnessed the changes in an athlete when they properly know how to run. The one thing that I wish I knew how to do during my time as an athlete was to completely control and channel my thoughts and emotions!
  • This is a two part training service where I will train your athlete to be a faster athlete while also teaching them practices of resilience to quickly rebound from challenges.
  • ​This is service is available for long term assignments, team training and 1 on 1 sessions.
